All of our Sweet On The Eyes products are sold with the sole intentions that they will be used for entertainment purposes only. We are not responsible for any other use or misuse of our products other than our specifically shown, intended and instructed ways and the damages or injuries that this may cause.

- PAYMENT :: Payment can be received via Paypal.
- SHIPPING :: All items are shipped via Priority Mail or Fedex once payment is received and cleared via Paypal. If for whatever reason you wish to have an order expedited please send us a message so we can discuss alternate shipping methods and costs. This will most likely result in an increase of cost.
At this time, Sweet On The Eyes does not ship outside of the U.S. If you wish to message us about possibly bending this rule, please do so. We will do our best to try and work something out.
- RETURN POLICY :: All of the sunnies are hand detailed therefore no two pairs are exactly alike. In the event that you are not pleased with your pair, please feel free to contact us directly. We can then discuss any issue and if you would like to return your item or exchange for another pair we can then come to a resolution. If you wish to return your sunglasses, your refund would only be for the price you paid for the item. The shipping costs will not be refunded. You must ship back the unwanted item to us via Priority Mail or Fedex so that we are able to track the returned package. Glasses and accessories must be returned in the same condition as when originally sent. Items are subject to no refund if the sunglasses are worn or damaged upon return.
"Custom Order" sunnies are non-returnable and non-refundable. These sales are final.
"Ella's sunnies and Faux Flower Crown Pop-Ins arrangements are considered "Custom Order" sunnies. These sales are final.
Any type of return or exchange of the eyewear will not be accepted after 3 days from the product being received. As soon as we ship your purchase you will be provided with a tracking number which will let us know when the item was received.
In the event that a product is backordered and cannot be shipped within a week of the payment being processed, you will be contacted to decide if you wish to wait for the order to become available or to receive a full refund instead.
